It's spotless and perfect hotel. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and the location is particularly good near the port of Genoa. The rooms are large and newly decorated, with AC, A/C plus soaps provided.

The breakfast had plenty of food, including GREAT croissants, toast, cereals, and yogurt. Our good-sized room was complete with shampoo included, a rather large bathroom. Besides, the location was good and magnificent for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Aquarium of Genoa.

It's an ideal lovely family run hotel nestled in an Italian style building. The property offers great prices. The staff is extremely friendly and gentle, an absolute asset to this the place. There is a huge variety of excellent food for breakfast. All in all they offer good service. The location is good and excellent, near the port of Genoa.

The location was good and excellent; it was in the center of the town. The staff was gentle, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. I had functional, neat room complete with soaps, shampoo plus french bed...

The hotel serves croissants, toast, cereal, and yogurt for breakfast. The location close to a bus stop is favourable and excellent. Btw, it's not too far away from city center.

Relaxing hotel with good service and incredible location short walk to two museums museums and restaurants as well as the port of Genoa. Well furnished rooms with A/C and soaps plus great view, decent staff.

Relaxing hotel, spotlessly clean, extremely friendly staff, location very close to bus stop for Velobus service to airport too was unbeatable! The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was large. The facilities, such as climate control, a work desk, and TV, were all that was needed.

Very nice stay, we were there for 3 days. The check in was easy, the staff was top-class and attentive. It offered good service and good food too. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

Everything was nice, we had wonderful 3 days here. Croissants, toast, cereal and yoghourt were available. The location was marvellous and absolutely incredible, with the train station right next to the hotel. Set walk from pizza restaurants and an oceanarium, it was a plus.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the cruise terminal, railway station, buses, shops, restaurants. We were able to walk to all of these attractions, making it incredibly convenient. the rooms were clean and functional, offering a comfortable stay.

While our overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few minor downsides. we found that the lack of a fridge and kettle in the room was a bit inconvenient, although it didn't hinder our stay significantly.

Particularly good and incredible location in the churches nearby, all was very comfortable. Further, it was near bus transportation, train station, port and restaurants, and sights to see and things to do.
