Wow, the Indian dishes nearby blew my mind, especially at Trattoria dell'Acciughetta! The staff were next-level helpful, especially when we needed tips on getting around. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast had a real barrista making cappuccinos that'll make your morning.
They didn’t have the room setup for twin beds but were super apologetic about it. I also found the room a bit noisy with street noise creeping in, and the duvet felt like it weighed a ton! A couple of lighter layers would’ve made all the difference.

Couple looking for comfort
The staff here were helpful and kind. We were stressed from our travels but the man at the front desk really took care of us.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it was still okay.

Spotlessly clean rooms with remarkably friendly service.
During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that marred my experience. I found the bathroom window broken, which despite notifying the staff, remained unfixed throughout my visit. Additionally, the mattress felt uncomfortably firm, impacting my sleep quality. Overall, my expectations were not met due to these inconveniences.

Exploring the lively attractions of Genoa for a few days was a real treat. The highlight for me was the proximity to major sites like the Royal Palace Museum and the Galata Maritime Museum, all just a short walk away. Our room was well-kept and had everything we needed, and the dining options nearby made our evening meals effortless. It was also nice having the convenience of the train station just minutes away, which allowed us to explore even further.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Chopin, where everything I needed was at my fingertips. The friendly staff provided helpful tips for local dining and sightseeing, and I particularly enjoyed the immaculate room that was spacious and well-stocked with toiletries. The convenient location near the train station made exploring the area incredibly easy.
None at all.

Chopin is a hidden treasure just a stone's throw from Principe station! The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh coffee served by the cheerful staff, who even assisted in planning a delightful evening out. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had solid A/C to counter the Genoa heat!
Slight street noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our kids and three dogs. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us with our dogs and ensuring we had a comfortable experience. The nearby pizza restaurant was a highlight for our family dinners after a day of exploring Genoa.
My kids wished there were more activities for them at the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, but noise from the street made it difficult to fall asleep. The friendly staff provided excellent service, especially Eleonora, who ensured we had a pleasant breakfast experience with delicious options like miso soup. A downside was the firm mattress that could use an upgrade, and a lack of extra blankets left the room feeling a bit chilly at night. Great dining recommendations and a convenient location near the terminal made for easy explorations.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief stop-in in Genoa with good value for money. The staff kindly accommodated my early check-in after a long journey. Make sure to ask for local dining recommendations rather than the standard options.

I stayed in a Single Room and it was super clean. The staff was amazing and really helpful. The room was simple but had all I needed. The location is right across from the train station, which makes it easy to get around. Breakfast was awesome too, with a nice selection of pastries and fresh coffee. Just a bit noisy at times from the street, but overall a pleasant stay!
